Patients with chronic kidney disease are at risk of fracture which associated low bone mineral density. Bone histomorphometry remains the gold standard for diagnosis and classification renal osteodystrophy (ROD). The natural course among ROD subtypes results histomorphometry-guided treatment were not sufficiently investigated.
